The Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva is located in the centre of Vilnius on the north bank of Neris river.
The Airport is a short 15 min transfer or 9 km away from the hotel and only 20 min walking to the winding streets of the Old Town and close to rich historic sites, local markets and shopping centre. The hotel is marked by the SAFE & CLEAN label, which guarantees the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Registration Desk
The Organizing Secretariat Desk will be open for registration and information according to the following time schedule:
Wednesday, 27 September 17.00 – 18.30
Thursday, 28 September 07.00 – 18.30
Friday, 29 September 07.00 –18.30
Saturday, 30 September 07.00 – 19.00
Sunday, 1 October 07.00 – 13.30
Please collect the conference kit at the Secretariat Desk and wear your personal name badge during the scientific sessions and social activities.
Badges
Participants are kindly requested to wear the name badge when entering the congress venue and to access any offered services. Access to the Congress Centre shall not be possible without a name badge.
Certificate of Attendance
In order to receive the Certificate of Attendance don’t forget to fill up the survey which you will receive at the end of the Congress. The certificate will be sent by email soon after the survey completion.

Cloakroom and Luggage Deposit
A cloakroom and luggage deposit will be available during the official Congress time schedule. The Congress Centre and the organisers are not responsible for any items lost or left behind.
Video and photo disclaimer
Please, note that during the 55th ESPN Annual Meeting photos and videos will be taken.
Images could be uploaded on the event’s websites or ESPN’s and/or OIC’s communication channels in order to prove and show the success of the meeting in terms of participation, until the next edition.
